07 The sun, the smells and the carpark

Weee...welcome back. This time we've been out after school playing soccer, or should I say practising soccer for the upcoming Canberra Sec. Charity Soccer in aid of the Boxing Day Tsunami victims. Its amazing that we are all (Fitrah, Azizah, Miles & Suhaila) very committed and very serious on training, though Azizah has her mood swings at times and Miles just wanna rollerblade. It is still all fun. Our rivals are Diena, Afiena and maybe Norlia. I think there are lower secondary girls joining in. We CANNOT lose face to them although one class has beaten the 3e1 team last year to win 1st. Strategy: Thrash them so that some members have to leave the playing field, if there's such a thing.

The Californian babes are at it again. We've been going up and down tiny slopes and even the potholed carpark one. Suhaila still freaks about going down the potholed one, because it is well, potholed. Anything can happen then. And if you fall from getting stuck in mid-slope, OUCH! Imagine getting sliced on your hands and brazes on your knees. I still don't know about the face. Still we are all daring enough though we tend to chicken out at times. (That applies to Suhaila etc.) Heck sometimes Suhaila gives pointers on how to skate better. You just have to go for it and feel like you're the best thing on skates. Try experimenting with swizzles and turn in and out. That might help. Go with the flo as they say.

Let's bring out some things, Azizah has shown great improvement in her ball handling skills. Don't mind her knees, I think they aren't in the way anymore. She can also kick in direction and distance.Denise can stop and kick the ball good alright. She kicks hard at times and trying to use her hands to catch incoming balls. Fitrah still rawks. Her shots are HARD and direct. She still intimidates me with her power. Suhaila is just paramoid. She wants to better herself coz she can't get enough of Norlia.

06 Gambling & Screaming

Welcome back, If you've been surfing frequently. For all those weirdo-virgins, this is our 6th written adventure.

Miles & me went out to Timezone for fun during the dec hols. Timezone Causeway got a facelift. Disney style. Then it was some photo fun at Print club. My goodness, printing machines are so troublesome, all that decision making and posing at different angles. No more for me. Well we had a crowd of 3 with my lil' brother Iman. I'll get the photo up soon.

Then it was lunch and HW at Macdonalds. Then we headed off to YishunTimezone. She had more credits to spend there. Imagine Suhaila being beat by Miles at Time Crisis2 & 3. She finally got some competition. Then Suhaila saw this boy trying his luck at winning Creative MP3 at this machine. She was interested in the Gameboy Advance SP. Kept trying but lost. She spent most of Miles cash. Then she got very disappointed, that feeling you get when you lost some big money at nothing. K that's that, she swore not to gamble anymore.

The screaming bit is when Denise acted in our SVA production being the killer-litter victim, only that Suhaila did the screaming. Sounded, well, weird. Hahah.

05 SVA team recruited Miles

T'was thee season to be jolly with Deepavali, Hari Raya Puasa & Christmas all coming very close to each other.

Latest news now is Miles has just joined the Canberra SVA crew and shall be experiencing the ups and downs of video recording and editing. Still the experience shall be worthwhile. We've been window shopping for clothes, shoes, ornaments and everything that was desired. Thing is, we were cashless.

Miles now has her own blog http://camouflagemind.blogspot.com . Check it out if you wish to now who is blurry_animal. Bladezter is also in the team.

Oh well. shall post more adventurous events when we do something wild. Till then, I'm contented with this.

04 Skate-ass chicks & gutted bowlers

Was 30th Oct '04 when Denise went to Suhaila's place to go boarding. Suhaila taught her some basic strokes and off she went. She was pretty good, better than Suhaila when she first started out in primary school. Suhaila tried to do some Boneless, Shove-it and Cavemen but was unsuccessful. Got tired of skating after a while so we decided to bowl instead.

We were at Orchid Bowl on a lonely Saturday afternoon. There were some cool chicks who could bowl like pros and uncles and aunties who look as if they have been bowling all their lives. As for us, we were the embarrasment of the alley. Suhaila couldn't bowl for nuts, she lost her touch, or was the shoes too small. Denise was again, very good for a beginner.

03 Canberra's Schools Nite Out

Betcha don't know how to have fun.weeeee

On 29th Oct '04, Denise and I went to Kalai Courtyard @ Yishun for a night of entertainment. PM Lee was also there to grace the occasion.

We brought along friends like Hafiz, Luqman and Diena. The party went wild with Bhangra dancers, Yo-yo spins from Duncan, Dirt Bikers, X-Box competition WWE RAW, Inline Hockey Demo, SMU Percussion band, Canberra band and henna on our hands!

We tried rockwall climbing. Suhaila lost her footing and fell. Denise did an awesome climb up the mini wall.

Dinner was at the local mcdonalds store.
